疏血通注射液治疗慢性肾衰疗效观察

目的：观察疏血通注射液治疗慢性肾衰的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组各30例，治疗组给予疏血通注射液4InL，加入5％葡萄糖200mL中静脉滴注，每天1次；对照组给予复方丹参注射液20InL，加入5％葡萄糖200mL中静脉滴注，每天1次。2组均治疗2周为1疗程，共治2疗程。结果：经2疗程治疗后，治疗组显效率为20％（6／30），好转率为53.3％（16／30），总有效率为73.3％，对照组显效率为10％（3／30），好转率为43.3％（13／30），总有效率为53．3％，2组疗效比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：疏血通注射液对慢性肾衰具有良好的治疗效果。

Clinical Observation on Shuxue Tong Injection in Treating Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shuxue Tong Injection on chronic renal failure. Methods Sixty patients with chronic renal failure were randomized into two groups： 30 patients in treatment group were treated with intravenous dripping of 5% glucose 200mL with Shuxue Tong Injection 4 mL added, and 30 patients in control group were treated with intravenous dripping of 5% glucose 200mL with Compound Danshen Injection 20 mL added, once per day.Two weeks constituted one treatment course, and the treatment lasted two courses. Results After treatment, the markedly effective rate was 20% （6/30）, effective rate was 53.3% （16/30） and the total effective rate was 73.3%in the treatment group, and 10%（3/30）, 43.3% （13/30）, 53.3% in the control group, respectively. There was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion= Shuxue Tong Injection has certain curative effect on chronic renal failure.
