温针治疗肾虚型膝骨性关节炎的远红外热断层扫描研究

目的：采用远红外热断层扫描成像系统（TTM）观察温针治疗肾虚型膝骨性关节炎（KOA）的临床疗效。方法：将67例患者随机分为2组，治疗组36例，对照组31例，对照组针刺取患侧双膝眼、阳陵泉、阴陵泉。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加温针关元、肾俞，4周为1疗程。结果：总有效率治疗组为917％，对照组为80．6％，2组比较，差异有非常显著性意义护〈0．01）：疼痛、肿胀、关节功能受限缓解时间2组分别比较，差并有非常显著性意义或显著性意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）；膝关节、肾区、下腹部TTM温度2组分别比较，差异有显著性意义或非常显著性意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：治疗肾虚型KOA不仅应局部取穴，还可加用温肾治疗，标本兼治可提高疗效。

Therapeutic Effect Evaluation of Warming Needling Therapy for Kidney-deficiency Knee Osteoarthritis by Far-infrared Thermal Texture Maps System

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of warming needling therapy for kidney-deficiency knee osteoarthritis （KOA） by far-infrared thermal texture maps system （TTM）. Methods Sixty-seven patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n=36） and control group （n=31）. The two groups were treated with acupuncture on bilateral Xiyan, Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan. And the patients in the treatment group were treated with warming needling on bilateral Guanyuan and Shenshu additionally. Four weeks constituted one treatment course. Results. The effective rate in the treatment group up to 91.7%, higher than 80.6% in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Relief of pain, swelling and limited joint function in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）.The temperature of knee joints, renal region and hypogastric region of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Treating knee osteoarthritis should not only take acupuncture on local acupoints, but also add kidney-warming acupuncture. The treatment of resolving both the symptoms and root causes can improve the clinical effect.
