整体经络针刺法治疗单纯性肥胖病的临床观察

目的：观察整体经络针刺法治疗单纯性肥胖病的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分成2组各30例。治疗组采用整体经络针刺法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺法治疗,治疗2疗程评价疗效。观察治疗前后的体重、体重指数、脂肪百分率的变化及近期临床疗效。结果：2组治疗前后体重、体重指数、脂肪百分率比较,差异有非常显著性或显著性意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;治疗后2组比较,体重、体重指数、脂肪百分率变化治疗组优于对照组,差异有非常显著性或显著性意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。近期临床疗效总有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为86.7%,2组治疗后临床疗效比较,差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0.01）。结论：整体经络针刺法治疗单纯性肥胖,操作简单易行,疗效明显,患者依从性好,有其合理性、科学性,不失为一种有效的治疗方法。

Clinical Observation of Holistic Meridian Acupuncture for Simple Obesity

Objective：To observe the efficacy of holistic meridian acupuncture for simple obesity.Methods：Sixty patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with holistic meridian acupuncture,and the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture.The treatment lasted 2 periods.Before and after treatment,the body weight,body mass index（BMI）and fat percentage were observed to evaluated the therapeutic effect.Results：After treatment,the body weight,BMI and fat percentage of two groups both improved significantly（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 compared with those before treatment）.The improvement of the body weight,BMI and fat percentage in the treatment group was superior to those in the control group（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）.The total effective rate was 96.6% in the treatment group,and was 86.7% in the control group,the difference being significant（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Holistic meridian acupuncture is effective for the treatment of simple obesity with obvious effectiveness,good medical adherence and simple operation.
