胰腺占位性病变的超声特点分析

目的:探讨胰腺占位性病变的超声图像特征。方法:对2 2例胰腺占位病变进行超声检查,与手术、病理及CT检查对照,进行回顾性分析。结果:2 2例病人中,18例与手术、病理结果相符,4例不符,病理结果为假性胰腺囊肿、胰腺囊腺癌、胰腺脂肪瘤、胰腺炎性假瘤。结论:超声为诊断胰腺占位病变提供重要信息,不失为主要检查手段之一

Analysis of Analysis of Ultrasonic Image characteristic of the Pancreas Space-occupying Pathologic Changes

Objective Study on the ultrasonic image c haracteristic of the pancreas space-occupying pathologic changes.Method s 22 cases of the patients with the disease of the pancreas space-occupyi ng pathologic changes were examined by ultrasound,compared to the result of the operation, pathology and CT,retrospective analyzed all the data.Resul ts Among 22 cases,18 cases conformity with operation,pathology and CT,4 cases unconformity,pathological diagnosis is pancreatic pseudo cyst,pancreatic cystadeno carcinoma,Pancreas lipoma,inflammatory pseudo-tumor of the pancrea s .Conclusion Ultrasonic examination can offer important information ,is one of the most important diagnostic method.
