腹腔镜与开腹两种手术方法治疗异位妊娠的护理

目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠患者的护理,以便提高护理质量。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月—2010年12月166例异位妊娠手术患者,其中腹腔镜组95例,开腹组71例。对两组手术治疗患者进行护理分析。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、离床活动时间、肛门排气时间、疼痛时间及住院天数均少于开腹组,差异有统计学意义;腹腔镜组住院费用高于开腹组,差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠护理优于开腹组,减少护理操作,提高了护理质量和工作效率,仅费用高是其不足。

The Discussion of Nursing for the Operation of Laparoscopic and Laparotomy to Treat Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To discuss the nursing for the operation of laparoscopic and laparotomy to treat ectopic pregnancy,to prove the methods and quality of nursing.Methods Analysis 166 patients of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from Jan,2006 to Dec,2010 retrospectively,there are 95 people in the laparoscopic group and 71 people in the laparotomy group.We will do the nursing analysis to the two groups.Results The time for operation,activities away from the bed,flatus,pain and the days in hospital of the laparoscopic group are less than the laparotomy group,the difference has statistically significant;the hospital charges of the laparoscopic group are higher than the laparotomy group,the difference has statistically significant.Conclusion The ectopic pregnancy nursing of laparoscopic group is better than the laparotomy group,it reduces the nursing practice and proves the quality and the efficiency of nursing,high cost is the only lack.
