冠心病无保护左主干病变经皮冠状动脉介入术的应用研究

目的分析经皮冠状动脉介入术（PCI）治疗无保护左主干病变的安全性与有效性。方法回顾性总结我院2007年9月—2010年9月53例经选择接受PCI治疗的冠心病无保护左主干病变患者临床资料、疗效、随访结果。结果无保护主干病变PCI成功率为100%,所有患者治疗后临床症状消失,52例（98.11%）患者完成9～12个月随访,随访期MACE发生率为9.43%,再发心绞痛发生率为7.55%、急性心肌梗死发生率为1.87%、靶血管重建发生率为5.66%,无心性死亡患者。结论对经过选择的无保护左主干病变患者进行PCI是安全有效的,预后较好。

Clinical Obsvervation of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention for Unprotected Left Main Coronary Artery Stenosis

Objective To evaluate the safe and efficacy of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for unprotected left main coronary artery stenosis.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data curative effect and follow-up Results of 53 patients with unprotected left main coronary artery stenosis who performed PCI.Results The procedure success rate was 100%,52 patients were successfully follow-up for 12～15 months following operation,MACE rates,recurrence angina rates myocardial infarction rates,TVR rates,cardiac death was 9.43%%,7.55%,1.87%,5.66%,0 respectively after 9～12 months followed-up.Conclusion PCI for select patients with unprotected left main coronary artery stenosis is feasible and safe and has good short term effects.
