| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨一期改良后路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的安全性及有效性.方法:胸腰椎结核患者18例,采用一期改良后路病灶清除植骨内固定手术治疗.评价手术时间、术中出血量、VAS评分、神经症状缓解情况及手术并发症等.结果:平均手术时间4 h,术中平均出血量700 ml,手术后2周全部患者疼痛及神经症状均有明显改善,术后无...
