| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Esomeprazole on non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug-induced (NSAID) peptic ulcer.Methods:78 cases with NSAH>related ulcer diagnosed by gastroscopy were randomly divided into two groups,Group A(40 cases) and Group B(38 cases).Patients in Group A stopped using NSAID before treatment,and were treated by taking 20mg of Esomeprazole orally,twice a day for 4 weeks.While patients in the group A continued to take NSAID,together with taking orally 20mg of Esomeprazole, twice a day... |
