| 摘 要： | 对于制药设备的维护保养,我国药品生产企业基本停留在传统的维修管理阶段,这种维修管理方式不能避免设备频发故障,进而对药品生产的稳定性造成严重影响。结合国内外学者的研究成果,提出了两种最佳维修方式：周期性预防维修和状态维修,并进一步总结了周期性预防维修的最佳维修周期和状态维修的具体步骤,希望能对我国药品生产企业的设备维护保养提供借鉴,使药品生产更能符合GMP规范。

| Abstract: | In aspect of equipment maintenance,our pharmaceutical enterprises still remain in the stage of equipment repair.The occurrence of faults in equipment cannot be avoided by this management style,so that stable pharmaceutical production is influenced seriously.In this article,combined with the results from the research of scholars at home and abroad,two maintenance managements – periodical maintenance and status maintenance – were presented.Furthermore,the optimum maintenance period in periodical maintenance and the concrete procedures in status maintenance were proposed.What presented herein is hoped to be referenced in the equipment maintenance in our pharmaceutical enterprises. |
