电针对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能障碍的影响

摘    要:目的:观察电针对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠缺血区病理学形态及神经功能障碍的影响。方法:将30只清洁级雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、电针组,每组10只,模型组与电针组大鼠采用线栓法栓塞大脑中动脉60 min后拔出线栓恢复血流,电针组在缺血再灌注2 h后开始电针刺激(百会、水沟、足三里,疏密波,频率2 Hz/15 Hz)30 min,每隔12 h重复刺激1次,假手术组除线拴插入深度不至大脑中动脉外,其余操作同模型组和电针组。再灌注72 h后,采用Zea-Longa评分方法观察电针对缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能障碍的影响以及HE染色观察电针对缺血区病理学形态的影响。结果:电针组大鼠脑组织病理学形态损伤较模型组明显改善;电针组大鼠神经功能障碍明显轻于模型组。结论:电针刺激可明显减轻脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织损伤,对脑缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能有良性调节作用。

Effects of Electroacupuncture on the Neurological Dysfunction of Rats with Focal Cerebral Ischemia and Reperfusion

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of EA on the pathological morphology in the ischemic area and neurological dysfunction of rats with focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.Methods: 30 male SD rats of the clean grade were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group and EA group(n= 10).The model group and EA group were treated with the suture method in the embolization of cerebral artery for 60 min,then the outlet tie was pulled to recover the blood flow.The EA group was stimulated with EA after 2 h of ischemia-reperfusion(Baihui,ditches,Zusanli,density wave,the frequency 2 Hz/15 Hz) for 30 min,repetitive stimulation every 12h.Except for the line insertion depth not to the large middle cerebral artery,Sham operation group had the same operations with the model group and EA group.72 h after reperfusion,Zea-Longa was applied to observe the effect of EA on the neurological dysfunction of rats with focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,as well as HE staining was applied to observe the effect of EA on the pathological morphology in the ischemic area.Results: The pathological morphology injury of the brain tissue in EA group improved significantly compared with that of the model group;the neurological dysfunction of EA group was less minor than that of the model group.Conclusion: Electrical stimulation can significantly reduce the brain tissue injury of rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,and have the benign regulatory role on the neurological function of rats with focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.
