糖尿病周围血管病变相关因素初探

[目的 ]　探讨糖尿病并发周围血管病变的影响因素。　 [方法 ]　将糖尿病患者 5 0例分为有周围血管病变及无周围血管病变两组 ,以空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素、餐后 2h胰岛素、血压、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯等为观察指标 ,分析糖尿病各种相关因素与周围血管病变的关系。　 [结果 ]　糖尿病患者并发周围血管病变的明显伴随有血糖、血胰岛素、血压、血总胆固醇水平升高和血高密度脂蛋白降低 (P <0 .0 1)。糖化血红蛋白是并发周围血管病变独立的危险因素。　 [结论 ]　高血糖、高胰岛素血症、高血压、高胆固醇是糖尿病患者并发周围血管病变的主要危险因素。

Analysis on correlated factors of diabetes with peripheral blood vessel lesion

To know the factors influencing diabetes with complication of peripheral blood vessel lesion. 50 cases of diabetes were divided into two groups: with and without peripheral blood vessel lesion. Fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood insuline, 2 hours postprandial blood insuline, blood pressure, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein-C, low density lipoprotein-C, triglyceride and others were used as observed indexed to analyze a variety of relevance factors of diabetes that lead up to peripheral blood vessel lesion. The diabetes patients complicated with peripheral blood vessel lesion had more hyperglycosemia, hyperinsulinemia, hypertension, hyperlipidemia than those diabetes patients without peripheral blood vessel lesion(P<0.01). Glycosylated hemoglobin was found to be an independent risk factor of peripheral blood vessel lesion through Logistic multiple-factorial analysis. [Conclusion] Hyperglycosemia, hyperinsulinemia, hypertension, hyperlipidemia were main factors that patients with diabetes were complicated by peripheral blood vessel lesion
