摘    要:多药耐药相关蛋白2(MRP2)是ATP结合盒转运蛋白超家族成员之一,是一种ATP依赖性有机阴离子转运蛋白。鉴于其广泛的底物专属性,MRP2在肠道药物处置中发挥着重要作用,包括肠吸收、肠分泌以及与肠道药物Ⅱ相代谢酶如谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶、UDP-葡萄糖醛酸转移酶及硫酸转移酶等的协同作用。此外,MRP2还影响着中药成分的肠吸收过程。

Abstract:The multidrug resistance associated proteins 2 (MRP2) is a member of ATP-dependent organic anion transporters and ATP binding cassette transporters. With extensive substrate specificity, MRP2 plays a key role in intestinal drug disposition including absorption, secretion and in synergism withⅡphase metabolic enzymes (glutathione-S-transferase, UDP-glucuronyltransferase and sulfotransferase). In addition, MRP2 also influences the complicated absorption process of the traditional Chinese medicine, in particular for flavonoids.
