| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑梗死病人血尿酸(UA)、血清脂蛋白(a)Lp(a)]含量的变化及其意义.方法对85例脑梗死病人测定其血总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、脂蛋白(a)及血尿酸水平.并与对照组(40例)进行对比观察.结果脑梗死病人TC、TG、HDL-C水平与对照组相比无统计学意义(P＞0.05),UA、LDL-C、Lp(a)水平较对照组明显升高(P＜0.01);其中脑梗死合并糖尿病者较无糖尿病者血UA、Lp(a)亦有明显升高(P＜0.05),两组与正常对照组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论血尿酸、Lp(a)含量增高与脑梗死存在一定关系,是脑梗死的重要危险因素.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore serum uric acid and lipoprotein(a) levels in the patients withcerebral infarction.Methods Serum uric acid and serum lipid were measured in patients with cerebral infarction group(n=85)and control group (n=40). Results The difference of TC,TG,HDL was not signifitant between in patients with cerebral infarction and in control group,Serum uric acid,LDL and the serum lipoprotein(a) in patients with cerebral infarction were higher than those in control group,In the cerebral infarction group,Serum UA and serum Lp(a) combind with diabetes were higher than those without diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion The high serum UA and the serum Lp(a) are correlated with the cerebral infarction,and are the important risk factors to cerebral infarction. |
