消疲怡神口服液对"慢性疲劳"模型动物血浆及脑组织中单胺类物质含量变化的影响

摘    要:为了进一步探讨慢性疲劳综合征的发生机制 ,在应用复合应激因素研制“慢性疲劳”模型动物的基础上 ,对模型动物血浆及脑组织中单胺类物质含量进行了检测 ,并观察了以补气理气、调理肝脾为组方原则的中药复方消疲怡神口服液对该类物质的调节作用。研究结果显示 ,模型动物出现了血及脑组织中单胺类物质含量的变化 ,这些变化可能是“慢性疲劳”发生的病理机制之一。消疲怡神口服液可能通过改善这些单胺类物质含量的变化 ,缓解“慢性疲劳”大鼠躯体及心理的应激状态 ,从而促进疲劳状态的恢复。

Abstract:To further approach to the pathogenesis of chronic fatigue system (CFS), the research based on establishing CFS animal model by complex stress factors, assayed the concentration of monoamine substance in the plasma and brain tissues, and then observe the modulating function of Xiaopiyishen on them. The results show CFS animal appears the changes of the above substances, which are perhaps one of the pathogenesis. Xiaopiyishen relieve somatic and psychological stress of CFS rat by modulating the changes of these substances so to facilitate the rehabilitation of CFS.
