老年患者接受超细径无痛性电子胃镜检查的顺应性评估

目的评估老年患者接受超细径无痛性电子胃镜检查的顺应性。方法对112例次受检者分为经鼻组(20例次)、经口组(92例次)接受检查诊断及相关镜下治疗。从外观与客观感受及心理承受程度、呼吸频率及心率、操作者对操作的全过程感受、插镜、图像显示、活检、病理、镜下的诊治评价。结果超细径无痛性电子胃镜被受检者和操作者从外观、心理上认可,老年患者的受检率及疾病早期诊断的阳性率提高。结论该镜镜检对老年患者具有切实可行的应用价值。

Evaluation on the compliance of elderly undergoing the super-slender diameter and painless endoscopy examination

Objective To evaluate compliance of elderly undergoing super-slender diameter and pain-less endoscopy examination.Methods 112 cases were subjected to the examination,among whom 20 cases were examined by way of nose,and other 92 cases by mouth,moreover,they were also subjected to related treatment under endoscope.Following items were evaluated as the appearance of this kind of appliance:objective feeling and psychology accepted extent of the suffers,frequency of breath and beat of heart of the examinations,operators' feeling in the whole process,inserting endoscopy,picture display,biopsy,pathology and treatment & diagnosis status by the endoscopy.Results The appearance of the super-slender diameter and painless endoscopy was accepted by operators and sufferers,and it was also acceptle mentally.Meanwhile,it raised the examined rate of elderly patients and the positive rate of early diagnosis and cure of diseases.Conclusion This endoscopy has certain applicable value for elderly patients,and supports greatly for the health of the retire-cadres of the army.
