调脂益寿胶囊治疗兔高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化的实验研究

目的探讨调脂益寿胶囊（TZYS）对兔高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化（AS）的治疗作用。方法 33只新西兰家兔随机分为模型组、TZYS治疗组和正常对照组,分别喂高脂饲料、高脂饲料加TZYS（3.0 g/kg）和正常饲料。实验时75 d静脉取血,行血脂和过氧化脂质（LPO）测定;75 d后处死兔,主动脉取材病理学检查AS。结果调脂益寿胶囊显著降低75 d高脂兔血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）和LPO,而显著升高HDL-c;且病理结果显示对家兔主动脉内膜斑块形成有显著的抑制作用。结论调脂益寿胶囊对高脂血症兔有明显的降血脂作用,且抑制动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展。

Effects of Tiaozhi Yishou Capsule on Experimental Hyperlipidemic and Atherogensis of Rabbits

Objective To study the effects of Tiaozhi Yishou capsule（TZYS）on experimental hyperlipidemic and atherogensis of rabbits.Methods Thirty three healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups：model group,TZYS treatment group and control group.Rabbits in the control group was fed with normal food,in the model group was fed with high fat diet.Rabbits in treatment group was fed with high fat diet and TZYS（3.0 g/kg）.Serum total cholesterol（TC）,trigyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-c）and lipid peroxide（LP0） were examined on the 75 days.All rabbits were sacrificed for aorta AS pathological examination with microscope after 75 days.Results Compared with the control group,concentrations of TG,TC,HDL-c and LPO of model group were increased significantly（P0.01）.Compared with the model group,concentrations of TC,TG,HDL-c and LPO of in the TZYS treating group significantly lowered （P0.0 1 or P0.05）,while the levels of HDL-c increased（P0.05）on 75 days.In addition,microscope pathological examination showed TZYS could obviously restrain the formation of rabbit aorta AS.Conclusion TZYS has effects on regulating hyperlipidemic in experimental rabbits and is a potential drug in treating atherosclerosis.
