| 摘 要： | 目的：对CT引导下选择性神经根注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的技术、临床疗效和并发症进行评估。方法：在CT引导下选择性神经根注射皮质类固醇、局部麻醉剂、生理盐水等药物混合液，治疗53例腰椎间盘突出症患者，以视觉模拟疼痛评分对患者治疗前后的症状进行评价。结果：53例中33例（62．3％）治疗后疼痛明显改善，14例（26．4％）疼痛中度缓解，6例（11．3％）疼痛无缓解。疼痛改善持续的平均时间为3个月。结论：CT引导下选择性神经根注射是治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起的腰腿痛的一种安全、有效的方法。
