摘    要:目的 探讨影响普通高中学生心理健康的因素,加强心理健康教育工作的针对性。方法 以UCLA孤独量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和自编学生基本情况调查表作为测评工具,对豫北5市重点高中982名学生进行调查分析。结果 孤独量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表均值独生子女、学生干部、城市学生高于非独生子女、一般学生、农村学生,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);不同学习成绩、人际关系、经济状况学生心理健康水平差异均有显著性;不同性别、家庭结构、地区学生的心理健康水平差异无显著性;不同年级间孤独、抑郁存在显著性差异,焦虑无显著性差异。结论 不同群体高中学生存在不同的心理影响因素,心理健康水平存在差异性。

Abstract:Objective To probe the psychological healthy factors of influencing the senior high school students, strengthen psychological healthy educational aim. Methods Used UCLA LonelinessScale(UCLA), self-anxiety scale(SAS), and self-depression scale(SDS) to make a test and statistical analysis on 982 senior high school students in some city of North Henan. Results The mean value of UCLA, SAS, and SDS were higher in only child, student cadres and city students than in non-only-child, general students and village students, the differences were distinct; but there was not distinctive psychological healthy difference between the boys and girls. There was outstanding difference in study performances, interpersonal relationship and economic situations but in family structure and different areas, there was outstanding difference in UCLA and SDS, but in SAS. Conclusion There are different psychological healthy factors to affect senior high school students among groups.
