| 摘 要： | 目的探讨晚期肝门部胆管癌患者经皮经肝门静脉栓塞术的护理。方法对3例肝门部胆管癌患者经皮经肝门静脉栓塞术的护理方法进行总结。结果3例患者均未出现并发症，其中2例成功实施联合肝叶切除的肝门部胆管癌根治性手术切除，l例因发生腹腔转移未进行根治性手术切除。结论完善术前准备、加强心理护理和健康教育以及胆道引流管的护理，术后做好并发症的观察及预防是晚期肝门部胆管癌患者经皮经肝门静脉栓塞术的护理关键。
