淋巴管瘤的特征及其超声诊断

目的 探讨淋巴管瘤的特征及其超声诊断价值。方法 收集经病理证实的54例淋巴管瘤，术前均做超声检查。回顾性分析其超声表现，并与手术、病理结果对照。结果 根据淋巴管瘤的发生部位将其分为3组：疏松间隙组(27例)，体表软组织组(20例)，内脏组(7例)。按其病理分型分为：囊性淋巴管瘤(32例)，海绵状淋巴管瘤(22例)，毛细管型淋巴管瘤(0例)，分析其超声表现。结论 不同病理分型的淋巴管瘤，其发生部位及超声表现有一定差异。超声检查对大多数淋巴管瘤的定位及定性诊断均具重要价值。

Features and Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Lymphangioma

Objective To study the features of lymphangioma and to evaluate the diagnostic value of sonography. Methods Ultrasonography findings of 54 patients who were proved lymphangioma pathologically were reveiwed restrospectively. These findings were compared with operative and pathological results. Results Patients were divided into three groups based on the location of the lesions: lesions located in areas that were surrounded by loose fascial spaces ( n =27), in superficial soft tissues ( n =20) or in viscus ( n =7). Lymphangioma was classified pathologically into three types: cystic ( n =32), cavernous ( n =22) and capillary ( n =0). Then the ultrasound imaging features of each type were analyzed. Conclusion Different pathological types have different location and ultrasonographic features. Ultrasonography is the most useful imaging modality to determine the nature of the lymphangioma.
