| 摘 要： | 目的：监测北京市东城区哨点医院住院严重急性呼吸道感染( SARI)患者,了解本地区SARI发病规律。方法对住院SARI病例进行咽拭子检测,收集病例信息。结果共入选59例患者,其中病毒核酸检测阳性13例,均为甲型H3,病毒核酸阳性病例集中出现在10、11、12月。 SARI病毒阳性和阴性组之间,年龄、性别、体温、症状和主要诊断均无显著性差异( P>0．05)。结论10、11、12月是甲型H3流感发生高峰季；病毒感染与年龄、性别、体温、症状和主要诊断无关。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the in-patients with severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) in sentinel hospital in Dongcheng District in Beijing, and to understand the trends and the regularity of SARI in local region. Methods Swab detections were operated on the in-patients with SARI. The personal information of patients was collected. Results Altogether 59 cases of patients were collected. The de-tection of virus DNA was positive in 13 cases with A (H3) influenza. October, November and December were the most frequently epidemic months of A (H3) influenza. Between patients with SARI in virus DNA positive and negative group, age, gender, body temperature, symp-toms and diagnosis had no significant difference ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion October, November and December are the peak seasons of A(H3) influenza. Viral infection is unrelated with age, gender, body temperature, symptoms and diagnosis. |
