| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）与骨髓造血功能之间的关系。方法：采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测再生障碍性贫血（AA）患者手术前后血清VEGF含量；采用全自动五分类细胞计数仪检测血常规；留取AA患者手术前后的骨髓液，涂片，进行瑞特染色后检测骨髓原始和幼稚细胞百分率。结果：AA患者术后VEGF水平较术前明显增高（P〈0．05）；贫血状况得到明显改善。结论：血清VEGF水平提高与改善骨髓造血状况关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and bone marrow hematopoiesis.Method:Serum VEGF level of aplastic anemia(AA)patients was detected by ELISA,blood routine was tested with Sysmex XT-1800i made in Japan,and Percentage of marrow blast cell was calculated before and after operation.Result:VEGF level in AA patients after operation was more higher than that of before(P<0.05),and haemogram was improved.Conclusion: There may be some relations between increase of V... |
