摘    要:目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定梅花中绿原酸含量,为梅花药材质量控制提供依据.方法 采用Shimpack VP-ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水(13:87)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为327 nm,柱温为30 ℃.结果 绿原酸在0.040 7~0.814 0 μg(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系.平均加样回收率(n=6)为98.60%,RSD=1.68%.结论 所建立的高效液相色谱法准确、可靠、简单,可作为梅花药材质量控制的参考依据.

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determining the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Mume by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and to provide a basis for the quality control of Flos Mume. Methods HPLC was carried out on a Shim-pack VP ODS column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile 0.4% phosphoric acid (13:87) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, a detection wavelength of ,327 nm, and a column temperature of 30 ℃. Results The content of chlorogenic a,.t showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0. 040 7 - 0. 814 0 μg (r=0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 98. 60% (n = 6, RSD = 1. 68%). Conclusion The HPLC determination method can be used for the quality control of Flos Mume because of its accuracy,reliability, and simplicity.
