人工流产术前口服米索前列醇片的临床效果观察

目的:探讨口服米索前列醇在人工流产术中的作用。方法:选择妊娠6～10周妇女209例,随机均分为观察组和对照组:观察组在人工流产术前2～3 h口服米索前列醇片0.4 mg,对照组不用任何药物按常规行人工流产术。对比分析两组宫颈扩张程度、疼痛、术中出血量、手术时间。结果:观察组宫颈扩张度、疼痛、术中出血量、手术时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术前口服米索前列醇能有效扩张宫颈,减轻术中疼痛,减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,有利于手术进行。

Clinical effect of oral misoprostol tablets before artificial abortion

Objective To investigate the effect of oral misoprostol tablets before artificial abortion.Method Total 209 pregnant women(6~10 weeks) were studied from Jan 2009 to Dec 2010 in Xinhui People′s Hospital,who were divided into the observation group and the control group: The observation group was given oral misoprostol tablets 0.4 mg before artificial abortion 2~ 3 h;The control group underwent routine induced abortion without any drugs.The cervical dilation,pain,bleeding mount during surgery and operative time were compared between the two groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group regarding to cervical dilation,pain,bleeding mount during surgery and operative time(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women with oral misoprostol tablets before artificial abortion operation can effectively expanse cervix,reduce intraoperative pain,reduce peri-operative bleeding,shorten operating time and is conducive to surgery.
