肝病患者检测血清载脂蛋白的临床价值

目的:探讨各种肝病患者血清HDL-C、apoA1及apoB100水平变化。方法:采用直接酶法和免疫透射比浊法检测各种肝病患者血清HDL-C、apoA1、apoB100水平。结果:各种肝病患者血清HDL-C、apoA1水平明显低于对照组,重症肝炎及肝硬化更为显著。肝硬化及重肝病人血清apoB100明显低于对照组,而急肝、慢肝、肝癌患者血清apoB100轻度升高或接近正常。结论:HDL-C、apoA1、apoB100在肝病病情进展中起重要作用,其水平与肝脏损害程度密切相关。

Clinical value of detecting apolipoprotein in patients with liver disease

Objective:To observe the level of High-density liprprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(apoA1) and polipoprotein B100(apoB100) in serum of liver disease and to explore their role in development of liver disease.Methods: The level of HDL-C,apoA1 and apoB100 in serum of lver disease were detected by using enzyme analysis and immune turbidimetric analysis.Results: The level of HDL-C and apoA1 in serum of liver disease were obviously lower than that of control group,especially in grade both B and C hepatocirrhosis and severe hepatitis.The level of apoB100 in serum of hepatocirrhosis and severe hepatitis were obviously lower than that of control group,but the level of apoB100 in serum of acute hepatitis,chronic hepatitis and liver cancer patients raised slightly or close to normal.Conclusion: HDL-C,apoA1 and apoB100 are very important to pathogenesis and evolution of liver disease which are closely rerlated to degree of the liver damage.
