| 摘 要： | 通过实行“范围内自主选择、待遇上区别对待”的定点就诊管理办法，有效地保障了参保人员的基本医疗。实践证明，对居民基本医疗保险实行定点就诊管理是非常必要的。对遇到的一些问题，可通过加强管理和完善政策予以解决。

| Abstract: | Through implement the principle "self selection within their scope,difference treatment to the objects' fixed clinical contact setting,it had effective insure their essential care.The practice shows that the fixed medical contact setting management is necessary.Strengthening management and improving policy could solve those problems during its implementation. |
