| 摘 要： | 为了对比观察１／１０００００肾上腺素，１０％高渗盐水和生理盐水经内镜注射治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效，将８１例消化性溃疡出血患者分为３组，其中肾上腺组２７例，１０％高渗盐水组３０例，生理盐水组２４例，４８ｈ止血率在３组分别为８８．９％，８６．７％，８７．５％，１周内再出血率分别为１２．５％，１５．４％和１４．３％，手术率为１４．８％，１０％和１２．５％，观察期间未发生并发症，无１例死亡，３组间的止血率

| Abstract: | A comparative study was performed to compare the hemostatic efficacy of endoscopic injection with 1/10,000 adrenalin,10% sodium chloride and normal saline in actively bleeding peptic ulcers.The 81 patients were divided into three groups,27 received adrenalin,30 received 10% sodium chloride,24 normal saline ,In three groups hemostasis rates were 88.9%,86.7% and 87.5% respectively.Rebleeding rates were 12.5%,15.4% and 14.3%,and operation rates 14.8%,10.0% and 12.5% respectively.No major complication was observed and no patient died.No significant difference was among patients injection with adreanlin,10% aodium chloride and normal saline in initial hemostasis rates,rebleeding rates and emergency operation rates( P<0.05 ).Conclusion endoscopic injection with any of the above solutions can be used as the first-line modality for the arrest of peptic ulcer hemorrhage. |
