腹腔镜在急腹症中的应用

应用腹腔镜诊治急腹症７５例，完成胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术３５例，阑尾切除术３１例，胆囊造瘘术１例。对病因不明的急腹症行腹腔镜探查术１７例，全部术中明确诊断。其中９例腹腔镜治疗成功，６例无需手术治疗，２例中转剖腹。全组治愈，无１例术后并发症。腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术、阑尾切除术等手术操作简单易掌握，治疗效果可靠，腹腔镜探查术对病因不明的急腹症有独特的优势，既能明确诊断又可同时进行治疗，值得进一步推广

THE APPLICATION OF LAPAROSCOPY IN ACUTE ABDOMEN

To actively widen the range of laparoscopic treatment for acute abdomen.We have used laparoscopy to diagnose and treat 75 cases of acute abdomen.Thirtyfive cases of repair for perforated peptic ulcer,31 cases of appendectomy and one case of cholecystostomy were performed under laparoscopy.17 cases of unknown acute abdomen were performed for laparoscopic exploration,for which the sure diagnoses were made,9 cases were treated with laparoscopy,6 cases did not need operation treatment and 2 cases had secondary laparotomy.All patients recovered well and no complication occurred.It is very easy to operate and master repair for perforated peptic ulcer and appendectomy.under laparoscopy Laparoscopic exploration had its own advantage to unknown acute abdomen.The patients got sure diagnoses and treatments.It is well worth making these operations popular.
