将家庭健康档案由"死档案"变成"活档案"的必要性和途径

Necessity and Way of Making Full Use of Family Health File

The family health file is a systematic file and information database to record the health conditions of residents.It is the most important foundational information to carry out the community medical service,with a high utility value.However in community medical service work,the pre-established family health records cannot be fully utilized.So,combining with the practical situation of the community medical service,the author carried out a deep discussion on the necessity and way to develop and use the family file.
