| 摘 要： | 简述帕金森病（PD）动物模型研究的发展简史,对各种PD动物模型的优、缺点进行了评价。介绍Nurr1基因敲除模型、PD的修正疗法及中医药可能的神经保护作用。总结Nurr1基因敲除模型具有症状相类性、病理一致性、慢性进行性、可早期神经保护介入及药物作用的可能靶点等特点,可作为中医药抗帕金森病研究理想的动物模型。

| Abstract: | To briefly state the history of animal models in Parkinson's disease(PD) and to comment their advantage and disadvantage.Then,to introduce the characteristic of Nurr1 knock-out(Nurr1+/-) mice,modifying therapy of PD and potential neuroprotective effect with the traditional Chinese medicine.The Nurr1+/-mice possessed the characteristic of similar symptoms to human,pathologic consistency,chronicity and progression,neuroprotective intervention in early time.It suggests that this model is ideal animal model of anti-Parkinson's disease using the traditional Chinese medicine. |
