| Abstract: | Solitary intestinal fibromatosis (SIF) is very rare; only 9 cases have been described. A new case presenting unusually in a newborn is described and the previously reported cases are reviewed. SIF should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a newborn presenting with an intestinal perforation. |
