| 摘 要： | 目的:观察脾肾同调法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:对35例慢性肾功能衰竭患者在西药常规治疗的基础上,予以调制脾肾方药进行治疗(治疗组),并与单纯西药常规对症治疗对照组进行疗效比较,观察两组疗效。结果:两组总体疗效比较,总有效率差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组;治疗组治疗前后Scr、BUN水平显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.01),两组治疗后Scr、BUN比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:脾肾同调法能够改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者临床症状,降低Scr与BUN水平,控制慢性肾功能衰竭进展。
