| 摘 要： | 通过384例老年糖尿病人并发症与主要死因分析结果,病死率为17.5％,死亡第一位是并发血管病变,占53.9％;第二位是合并恶性肿瘤,为26.8％。因糖尿病性昏迷和急性感染死亡7例,其死亡构成比不足血管病变的1/5。在并发血管病变179例中,肾脏病变病死率最高;其中有高血压组病死率为25.9％,是无高血压组11.3％的2.3倍,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。故早期有效的控制糖尿病病人的高血压,对防止糖尿病的并发症和降低其病死率极为重要。

| Abstract: | Complications and main causes of death in 384 senile diabetics were analyzed. The mortality was 17.5%, of which complicated vascular diseases and malignancy were 53.7% and 26.9% respectively. Only 7 cases died of diabetic coma and acute infection, occupying less than 1/5 of the deaths from vascular diseases, whereas death from diabetic nephropathy was much higher. The fatality rate in all patients with hypertension (25.9%) was 23 times Higher than that of patients with normal blood pressure (11.3%). This is statistically significant (P<0.05). Therefore, in order to prevent occurrence of diabetic complications and to lessen the mortality of diabetes mellitus. it is, important to control diabetic hypertension effectively in early stage. |
