单手送管在儿科留置针穿刺置管中的应用效果

目的探讨单手送管在儿科留置针穿刺置管中的应用效果。方法将2012年9月至2013年9月862例行外周浅静脉留置针穿刺的患儿采用随机数字表分为两组,观察组采用单手送管,对照组采用双手送管。比较两组患儿的一次穿刺成功率、留置针留置时间、穿刺时需助手配合率、家属及穿刺者满意度。结果观察组患儿一次穿刺成功率(93.49%)、患儿亲属满意度(97.21%)、穿刺者满意度(98.37%)均高于对照组,穿刺时需助手配合率(17.21%)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01);两组留置针留置时间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用单手送管技术进行留置针穿刺,提高了穿刺成功率和患儿亲属满意度,提高了工作效率,适宜在儿科推广应用。

Application Effects of Pushing Cannula with Single Hand for Puncturing the Outer Periphery Su-perficial Veins to Indwell the Cannula in Pediatrics

Objective To investigate the application effect of pushing cannula with single hand for punctu-ring the outer periphery superficial veins to indwell the cannula in pediatrics.Methods 862 sick children who were punctured the outer periphery superficial veins to indwell the cannula were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group wasd use the technique of pushing cannula with single hand.Control group was used the technique of pushing cannula with both hands.One time success rate,indwelling time,assis-tant required rate and family satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results The one time puncture success rate （93.49%）,the satisfactory rate of sick children relatives（97.21%）and puncturing nurses （98.37%）in observation group were all significantly higher than those in control group.The number of assistant needed （17.21%）when puncturing significantly reduced in observation group （P＆lt;0.05 or P＆lt;0.01）.The difference of remaining needle retention time between the two groups was not statistically signif-icant （P ＆gt;0.05 ）.Conclusion Pushing cannula with single hand for puncturing the outer periphery superficial veins to indwell the cannula can improve the satisfaction of sick children relatives and punctu-ring nurses,and work efficiency,so it is suitable for popularization and application in pediatrics.
