| 摘 要： | 医院遵循建设现代卫勤本质要求,提出创建“研究型现代战区总医院”战略目标,以研究型科室建设、研究型人才培育为抓手,同步搭建数字化支撑平台,配套提升营房、设备等硬件建设,创建工作稳步推进,取得了初步成效。本文主要探讨创建研究型现代战区总医院的具体做法。

| Abstract: | Through complying with the essential requirements of building modern medical service,focusing on comprehensively promoting hospital transformation and setting a strategic goal for establishing ＂ Modern research- oriented general hospital in military region＂,we keep a firm grasp on building research- oriented departments and talents.Meanwhile,we set up a digital support platform and carried on the necessary promotion of hardware construction such as barracks and equipments.Thus,the work of building and establishing has obtained steady progress and initial results.The article mainly discusses the specific practice of building and establishing Research-oriented modern military medical general hospital. |
