摘    要:本文对本系统领导干部竞争性选拔工作进行系统回顾,并结合问卷调查和定性访谈,分析总结现阶段竞争性选拔领导干部的必要性及工作中存在的问题,提出完善市级公立医院领导干部竞争性选拔的工作机制和对策建议,为市级医院的发展和建设提供坚强的组织保障。

Abstract:The competitive selection of leading cadres work was systematically reviewed, combined with surveys and qualitative interviews, the necessities of the competitive selection of leading cadres work were analyzed, the currently difficulties were summarized, and suggestions were proposed further, which would provide a organizational guarantee for the development and construction of municipal hospitals.
