| 摘 要： | 本文对本系统领导干部竞争性选拔工作进行系统回顾,并结合问卷调查和定性访谈,分析总结现阶段竞争性选拔领导干部的必要性及工作中存在的问题,提出完善市级公立医院领导干部竞争性选拔的工作机制和对策建议,为市级医院的发展和建设提供坚强的组织保障。
