暴露疗法治疗头面部烧伤患者的护理

目的：探讨促使头面部烧伤尽快治愈的方法和护理措施。方法：对68例头面部烧伤患者作为治疗对象，采用1：1000新洁尔灭消毒创面，外涂重组人成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶（易孚凝胶），暴露创面。同时做好心理护理、五官的护理、康复指导等。结果：68例病人全部治愈，未留疤痕。仅8例病人有轻度色素沉着。结论：有效的治疗和护理，可以促使病人早日愈合，减少疤痕增生和色素沉着。

Nursing methods patients with facial burns treated with exposure therapy

Objective To explore effective ways of treatment and nursing to promote recovery from facial burns. Methods: From August 2006 to November 2007, 68 outpatients with facial burns were treated with exposure therapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.
