白细胞三烯对小鼠肝组织损伤作用研究

目的]观察白细胞三烯对小鼠肝组织的损伤作用,探讨Ⅰ型超敏反应在肝炎发生发展过程中对肝组织的损伤作用.方法]每日给实验组小鼠尾静脉注射6μg/kg白细胞三烯D4,给予对照组小鼠0.2mL生理盐水,动态观察各组小鼠血清中ALT,AST值和肝组织的病理变化.结果]第3周起实验组小鼠血清中ALT,AST值明显升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异;实验组小鼠肝组织细胞出现不同程度的病理变化,且随着时间的延长,病理变化亦更显著.结论]白细胞三烯可直接引起小鼠肝组织的损伤,Ⅰ型超敏反应在肝炎的发生发展过程中可直接引发肝组织损伤和细胞坏死.

Injury effects of leucotrienes on liver tissue in mice

OBJECTIVE To observe the injury effects of leucotrienes on liver tissue and type Ⅰ hypersensitivity on occurrence of hepatitis.METHODS The mice in experimental group were given 6 μg/kg body weight of leucotrienes D 4 tail vein,and the mice in control group were injected with 0.2 mL saline.The serum levels of ALT and AST,and the morphology of liver were observed.RESULTS The serum levels of ALT and AST were remarkably increased from the beginning of week 3,and there had significantly different when repared with control group.The pathological changes of liver tissues appeared in the experimental group,and that become remarkable with the lapse of time.CONCLUSION The leucotrienes can damage the liver tissues,furthermore the type Ⅰ hypersensitivity may play some role in the pathogenesis of hepatitis.
