自制U形弹力牵引架的临床应用

摘    要:目的 探讨中西结合治疗胫腓骨骨折的方法。方法 采用条形钢板和弹簧等材料制成的U形牵引架,治疗12例难处理的胫腓骨骨折结果 随访6-12个月,12例均骨性愈合,除1例发生创伤性关节炎外,其余患者关节功能正常。结论 自制U形弹力牵引架,便于早期功能锻炼,临床疗效肯定,且制作简单,花费少,适合基层医院应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate a new method of treating fractures of tibia and fibula by combination of west medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 12 cases of severed fractures of tibia and fibula were treated by using U shaped elastic traction frames made of steel plate and spring coil. Results 12 cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months. All fractures of tibia and fibula got union. Only one case was complicated with traumatic arthritis. Conclusion The self made U shaped elastic traction frame has the advantage of less expense, easier manipulation, and better curative effect, which is especially suitable for application in grass roots hospital.
