| 摘 要： | 目的了解脑卒中主要照顾者护理知识掌握情况。方法采用问卷调查法，对103名脑卒中主要照顾者掌握的护理知识进行调查。结果大部分照顾者具有疾病知识和基础护理知识，知道康复的重要性，但明显缺乏康复知识。结论护理人员在传授护理知识时，应根据照顾者的护理知识现状，因人施教，特别是康复训练的具体指导。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the nursing knowledge of the main caretakers of stroke patients. Methods 103 main caretakers stroke patients were investigated with self--designed questionnaire on nursing knowledge. Results The results showed that most of caretakers have both the knowledge of disease and fundamental nursing knowledge, but they lack of rehabilitation knowledge obviously in spite of their understanding its importance. Conclusions The nursing staff should teach caretakers in accordance with the levels of their nursing knowledge when conducting health education, especially for specific instruction of rehabilitation training. |
