| 摘 要： | 目的：比较在非体外冠脉旁路移植手术（OPCABG）中舒芬太尼和芬太尼的麻醉效果。方法：选择择期进行OPCABG的患者60例,随机分为芬太尼组（F组）和舒芬太尼组（S组）,每组30例。麻醉诱导除用咪达唑仑、维库溴铵外,S组加用舒芬太尼,F组加用芬太尼,持续泵注丙泊酚并间断静注舒芬太尼或芬太尼维持麻醉。记录诱导插管后平均动脉压（MAP）及心率（HR）。记录血流动力学参数、拔管时间、ICU滞留时间。结果：与F组相比,S组术中心率和血压波动较小（P〈0.05）。结论：与芬太尼相比,OPCAB术中舒芬太尼麻醉可减少血流动力学的波动,能较好地维持血流动力学状态稳定.且术后恢复快,ICU滞留时间短。
