| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠状动脉侧支循环在缺血预适应（IPC）中的临床意义；方法：本研究对160例心肌梗塞（MI）前有心肌缺血发作（IPC组）和122例MI前无心肌缺血发作（NIPC组）的动态ECG、CK－MB、冠状动脉造影进行研究。结果：与NIPC组相比，IPC组MI范围较少（P＜0．01）、心功能较好（P＜0．05）、侧支循环较丰富（P＜0．01）。结论：提示侧支循环形成在缺血预适应中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to study the value of collateral circulation in ischemic preconditioning (IPC). Methods 160 patients with angina pectoris before myocardial infarction (IPC Group) and 122 patients without angina pectoris before myocardial infarction (NIPC Group) were performed ambulatory electrocardiogram, CPK-MB and coronary angiography test. Resaults It was found that IPC group had a smaller MI size (P<0.01), better heart function (P<0.05), richer collateral circulation (P<0.01). Conclusions Those suggested that collateral circulation had an important in ischemic preconditioning. |
