拉坦前列素和溴莫尼定抑制激光虹膜周边切除术后眼压升高的对比研究

目的：比较拉坦前列素和溴莫尼定抑制激光虹膜周边切除术后眼压升高的效果。方法：对30只眼进行YAG激光虹膜周边切除术，分别应用拉坦前列素和溴莫尼定，观察术前后眼压变化和术后反应。结果：拉坦前列素组和溴莫尼定组第1、3天抑制眼压升高分别为10.62％、5.75％；3.76％、11.93％，第7天疗效相当；两组出现Tyndall征分别为6、7眼次，差异无显著性。结论：拉坦前列素对于早期闭角型青光眼和溴莫尼定一样具有较强抑制激光术后眼压升高作用。

The comparison of inhibitory effects of latanoprost and brimonidine on the intraocular pressure after laser iridectomy

Objective:To compare the inhibitory effects of latanoprost and brimonidine to the elevatian of intraocular pressure after laser iridectomy.Methods:Before and after laser iridectomy, the intraocular pressure and anterior chamber reaction of 27 patients (30 eyes)with angle-closure glaucoma were observed.Results:The inhibitory rate of latanoprost and brimonidine to the elevation of intra- ocular pressure at the first and the third postoperative day were 10.62%,5.75%,3.76%,11.93% respectively and with a similar effect at the seventh postoperttive day.There were 6 and 7 eyes had aqueous flare in the two groups respectively.Conclusion:To the angle-closure glaucoma at early stage,latanoprost has an inhibitory effect to the intraocular pressure elevation caused by laser iridectomy and anterior chanber reaction is similer to brimonidine.
