笑气吸入分娩镇痛的临床观察

目的：观察笑气吸入用于分娩镇痛的临床效果。方法：选择足月待产孕妇100例，随机分成观察组及对照组。观察组50例分娩时采用笑气吸入镇痛，对照组50例分娩时不吸人任何气体。观察记录两组疼痛程度，第一产程及总产程时间，新生儿apgar评分，产后出血量及分娩方式。结果：观察组疼痛程度轻，第一产程及总产程时间短，剖宫产率低。与对照组有显著差异（P〈0．05）。观察组新生儿apgar评分及产后出血量与对照组无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：笑气吸入用于分娩镇痛安全、有效、操作简单，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Analgesia Labor with Inhaling Nitrous Oxide

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of analgesia for labor with inhaling nitrous oxide.Methods:One hundred pregnant women selected randomly in our hospital were divided into analgesia labor group(50 cases) and non-analgesia labor group(50 cases).The degree of labor pain,the first delivery process and total process,new born's Apgar scores,postpartum hemorrhage,and the delivery way of two groups were recorded.Results:Pain degree of analgesia labor group was significantly lighter.Again the first delivery course and total course of analgesia labor group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The rate of uterine-incision delivery of analgesia group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Postpartum hemorrhage and new born's Apgar score did not show significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Analgesia labor with inhaling nitrous oxide is a safe,effective,and simple method.It is worth for popularization and application.
