Abstract: | Purpose : To study the application effect of the concept of rapid recovery in nursing patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer during perioperative period. Methods: A total of 52 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 26 cases in each group.During perioperative care, the control group was given routine care and the observation group was given rapid recovery Nursing under the concept. The early postoperative rehabilitation exercise time, the discharge time and the VAS scores at different stages after the operation were compared between the two groups. The muscle strength and motor function of the affected upper limbs were compared between the two groups before and after nursing, and the differences in the quality of life scores between the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results: The observation group received early rehabilitation exercise time (0.68±0.21) d and discharged time (6.23±1.13) d, which was shorter than that of the control group. The VAS score at different postoperative stages was lower than that of the control group, with significant differences, P<0.05.Before nursing, there was no significant difference in related scores between the two groups, P>0.05; after nursing, the upper limb muscle strength (4.03±0.34) and motor function (86.82±4.30) scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, P< 0.05. Conclusion: Breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy, and perioperative care given the concept of rapid rehabilitation is beneficial to promote early rehabilitation of patients, promote the improvement of the muscle strength and motor function of the affected upper limbs, and also improve the quality of life of patients after surgery , The nursing value is significant. |
