Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of refined care intervention in patients treated with modified radical breast cancer.Methods: 60 patients treated and cared for for breast cancer in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021, which were divided into alignment groups and fine groups through double-blind drawing method, with 30 cases.Patients patients patients with routine operating room care protocol; refined care intervention.The negative mood assessment value, level of stress response index, incidence of comorbidities and patient satisfaction of the intervention services were compared between the two groups.Results: The negative mood assessment values of the fine group were significantly lower than the negative mood assessment values of the comparison group; the level of stress response index was significantly lower than that of the fine group; the incidence of comorbidity (3.33%) was significantly lower than that of the comparison group (26.66%); and the satisfaction (93.33%) than the comparison group (70.00%), with differential statistical difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: in breast cancer modified radical cure refined care intervention, can more effectively cooperate with intraoperative operation, reduce the intraoperative operation of emotional fluctuations on patients, reduce patient stress response, auxiliary surgical operation, to reduce the risk of postoperative commorbidity, patients with higher recognition of intervention services, recommended to use. |
