我国模拟医学教育现状研究及思考

我国模拟医学教育发展在面临需求增大、信息技术与互联网发展等契机的同时，也存在尚未形成系统化的培训体系、师资队伍专业性有需加强、不能完全模拟临床实践、相关政策制度不完善以及中心建设与发达国家存在差距的困境。需要把握契机、提升发展水平、适应社会需求、加强师资培训、完善规章制度、制定培训标准、丰富模拟案例等，深入推进模拟医学教育内涵式发展。

Research and thinking on the status of simulation-based medical education in China

While the development of simulation-based medical education in China is facing such opportunities as increasing demand, information technology and internet development, there are also dilemmas that a systematic training system has not yet been formed, the professionalism of the faculty needs to be strengthened, clinical practice cannot be fully simulated, the relevant policies and systems are not perfect, and there is a gap between the construction of the center and developed countries. It is necessary to grasp the opportunity, improve the development level, adapt to social needs, strengthen teacher training, improve the rules and regulations, develop training standards, enrich simulation cases, etc., and further promote the connotative development of simulation-based medical education.
