胫骨平台骨折78例分析

目的探讨胫骨平台骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析78例胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料。结果78例患者手术切口均一期愈合。78例术后均获随访,随访时间10-48个月,平均16.8个月。78例中,优48例,良15例,可13例,差2例,优良率80.77%。结论根据胫骨平台骨折的类型及特点合理选择手术方法,良好的解剖复位内固定,术后积极的膝关节功能锻炼是获得良好手术效果的关键。

Clinical analysis of 78 patients with fracture of tibial plateau

Objective To investigate the surgery way and curative effect. Methods Clinical data of 78 patients with fracture of tibial plateau were retrospectively analyzed. Results Operative incision of 78 cases were primary healing. Seventyeight cases were followed-up for 10 -48 months, mean 16.8 months. Among 78 cases, forty-eight were excellent, fifteen were good,thirteen were common, two were bad,the rate of fineness was 80.77%. Conclusion Proper surgery way choosed according to the type and characteristic of fracture of tibial plateau, good internal fixation and active functional exercise of articular genu postoperative were key of good effect of operation.
