摘    要:目的:通过对十字花科芸苔属植物甘蓝、花椰菜、西兰花有效成分的研究比较,探索十字花科植物所含化学成分规律,为寻找新药源奠定基础,为植物化学分类学提供科学数据.方法:对甘蓝、花椰菜、西兰花分别进行水、醇、石油醚提取,对其检液有效成分进行纸色谱法、试管试验法、薄层色谱法检测.结果:三种植物均含有氨基酸、糖、黄酮、生物碱、三萜皂苷、挥发油等成分.结论:芸苔属甘蓝、花椰菜、西兰花三种植物有效成分既有相似性又有差异性.

Abstract:Objective:To study distribution rule of effective components in cruiferous brassica to find new medicine resource and provide the theoretical basis for plant taxonomy.Methods:The cabbage,cauliflower and green cauliflower were extracted by using water,alcohol,petroleum ether.And paper chromatography,tube test and thin layer chromatography were applied to determine effective component.Results:Amino acids,monosaccharide,flavonoids,alkaloids,triterpenoid saponins,volatile oils were detected in the above three plants.Conclusion:There are both similarity and difference among the three plants.
