| 摘 要： | 目的比较体重指数（quetelet指数）对改良ECT发作阈值的影响。方法对2004年3月至2005年3月我院行改良ECT治疗的64例住院患者根据体重指数值分为正常组（对照组）和超重及轻度肥胖组（研究组）。每次治疗以满足改良ECT脑电发作3项指标之两项指标即①脑电图终点（EEG endpoint）；②抽搐能量指数（SEI）；③发作后抑制指数（PSI）为一次完全发作，否则视为不完全发作。结果研究组发作阈值明显高于对照组[（35％能量百分比x^2=9．18，P〈0．005）；（40％能量百分比x^2=8．52，P〈0．005）]。结论quetelet指数为超重及轻度肥胖组在进行改良EUT治疗时比体重指数正常组的患者发作阈值明显高，治疗时需加大能量百分比。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect of quetelet index on the threshold of Modified ECT. Methods 64 patients who were in hospital from Marc h, 2004 to Mar ch 2005 were divided into normal quetelet index group (control group) and overwe ight and corpulent index group (study group). The theropy was regarded as showin g its complete effect if the indexs including EEG endpoint; SEI and PSI; have be en satisfied. Otherwise it is uncomplete. Results The threshold o f researching group is higher than contrast group. Conclusion The threshold tha t overweight a nd corpulent index group was cared in Modified ECT is higher than normal quetele t index group. But the energy percentage must be added. |
